01. Receipt/Registration

All reports are collected through both online and offline channels, followed by investigation and management.

02. Preliminary Investigation

Verification of the report details and relevant departments, and depending on whether the Ethics Management department determines further investigation is necessary, either proceed with or conclude the investigation.

03. Main Investigation

Investigation of involved parties and actions, with additional inquiries made through the reporting channels if needed.

04. Conclusion

Completion of preliminary and main investigations, followed by follow-up actions (such as disciplinary measures if allegations are confirmed), reporting of the investigation results (including disciplinary outcomes) to management and the Audit Committee, and feedback to the reporter on the outcome.

1. The identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report will not be disclosed against their will and will be thoroughly protected.
2. Whistleblowers who make legitimate reports will not suffer any disadvantage or discrimination in terms of his/her public position or working conditions.
3. Individuals who cooperate in an investigation, such as by providing testimony or other information during a fact-finding procedure, will be equally protected from retaliation.
4. Violation of the whistleblower protection rule, such as identifying the whistleblower, retaliation, or disclosing the content of the report, are strictly prohibited.
5. If a whistleblower has suffered any disadvantage as a consequence of a report or disclosure, he or she may request appropriate corrective measures to remedy any retaliation, and all necessary steps will be taken to minimize such disadvantages.
